Being an employment lawyer can be a truly rewarding career. They are special types of lawyers that deals with employment-related issues that are sadly so common in the workplace today, such issues as job discrimination due to race, nationality, sex or sexual orientation, religion non-compliance with EEO and HR laws and the like.
